Qualified guidance. Individual context. A more considered approach.
Peptides are an increasingly discussed area of performance, health and longevity. Understanding a peptide requires more than knowing its name. Context, evidence, individual circumstances and appropriate professional oversight matter.
Bolko Aleksiev
Performance & Longevity Coach · Certified Peptide TherapistBolko leads Nabō's performance strategy, human optimisation and peptide education. His work brings peptide research into the wider context of performance, recovery, longevity, lifestyle, training and health optimisation.
He brings nearly three decades of experience coaching high performers, professional athletes and executive clients, and that background shapes how he approaches peptide education here: as one consideration within a much wider strategy, never as a starting point in itself. Every conversation begins with the individual's goals and history, not with a peptide name.
Education: BSc in Sports Science. Certification: Certified Peptide Therapist through SSRP Institute.
Short chains of amino acids, with a wide research landscape.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that can act as signalling molecules within biological systems. Different peptides are being researched across a wide range of pathways and applications, and the research landscape is broad and continually developing.

Training. Nutrition. Sleep. Recovery. Behaviour. Health. These remain the foundations. Where peptide therapy is relevant, it should sit within a broader strategy rather than become the strategy.
An independent platform, built for a market that needed more structure.
Signa Peptide is Nabō's sister platform for peptide products: a separate, independent site, distinct from the Nabō practice itself. Every protocol there starts from a structured intake and bloodwork, not a generic template, and is reviewed by Signa's own practitioner team before anything is dispensed.
The peptide market today tends to sit at two extremes. On one side, anonymous suppliers offering a vial, a syringe and a dosing chart, with concentration varying batch to batch and reconstitution left entirely to the buyer. On the other, clinical settings that can feel overmedicalised or inaccessible for people who simply want clarity. Signa Peptide was founded to sit between the two: structured and transparent, without positioning peptides as a shortcut, and without the friction of a traditional clinic. Signa is careful to draw a boundary around what it is: an education and coaching resource, not a pharmacy dispensing prescriptions, the same distinction Nabō draws about its own scope.
In practice, that shows up as independent third-party testing on every batch, with documentation available for what's dispensed, and a practitioner who can amend or decline a protocol that doesn't fit someone's file, pointing them to their own physician rather than a workaround. Relevant markers are reviewed on a regular cycle, so a protocol is something that gets reassessed, not something fixed at the outset.
Nabō and Signa Peptide are related in ethos but operate as separate platforms. Product details, sourcing and protocols live on Signa Peptide, not here.
